Sub-processors and Infrastructure
Effective date: 26 August 2026
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Tap&Ticket is an early-stage software project operated by the individual identified in the applicable agreement. Tap&Ticket is currently being provided to selected businesses as a free pilot.
1. About this page
Tap&Ticket uses a small number of service providers ("sub-processors") to host, run and deliver the platform. This page explains who does what. It is kept up to date as the service develops.
2. Current sub-processors
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Managed cloud hosting platform | Hosts the Tap&Ticket application, stores its database, and provides sign-in and authentication services. |
| Transactional email provider | Sends account and ticket-related emails, such as ticket notifications. |
| Apple | Delivers Apple Wallet passes and status push notifications, only where a customer chooses to add their ticket to Apple Wallet. |
3. What we don't use
We do not currently use analytics providers, advertising networks or payment processors, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
4. International transfers
We aim to keep personal data within the UK or EEA where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on an approved safeguard, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
5. Changes to this list
If we add or change a sub-processor in a way that affects a pilot business's data, we will update this page and give the business reasonable advance notice by email or through the dashboard, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.
