Tap&Ticket is an early-stage software project operated by the individual identified in the applicable agreement. Tap&Ticket is currently being provided to selected businesses as a free pilot.

For all enquiries — general questions, support, privacy and data-protection requests, legal matters, and anything about the free pilot — email:

2. What to include
To help us respond quickly, please include:
- your name and, if relevant, your business name
- the email address linked to your account or request, if you have one
- a short description of what you need
3. Requesting access
Interested in joining the free pilot? The quickest route is our Request Access form, but you are welcome to email us instead.
4. Your privacy
Anything you send us is handled in line with our Privacy Notice. We only use your details to respond to you and, where relevant, to set up or run your account.
